(Precise Weather) — Monday sees a warm start as temperatures climb into the high 60s to low 70s under partly cloudy skies. Winds are moderate, but will shift from the east this afternoon between 3 and 8 mph.
Look for a dry, warm bus stop this morning as the kids get ready to head back to school.
Highs are expected to hit close to 90 degrees this afternoon, with partly cloudy skies and light winds. There is a small chance of an isolated shower or storm this afternoon, but we expect it to remain dry for the most part.
Overnight lows will drop into the early 70s before Tuesday increases the chances of an afternoon storm. Highs in the high 90s are likely on Tuesday as storms form in the afternoon and evening before the cold front approaches.
Wednesday dries up as highs hit the high nineties again. The chance of rain and storms will take a break later in the week as highs level off in the high 80s to near 90s.
The high 80s will continue through the weekend, with possible rain showers Saturday and Sunday.
